We are looking for a Freight Forwarder to coordinate with China-based shippers and agents, manage shipment bookings, schedules, and documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day communication.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with China-based shippers, suppliers, and agents.
Handle shipment bookings and schedule follow-ups.
Prepare and verify shipping and freight documentation.
Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
Manage day-to-day communication with overseas agents in English.
Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, and other stakeholders.
Resolve shipment-related issues and ensure timely movement of cargo.

Requirements
Experience in freight forwarding / logistics preferred.
Positive written and verbal English communication skills.
Knowledge of international shipping and documentation.
Mandarin language skills will be an advantage.
Valuable coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
