Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the sales and operations teams across all branches.
Track leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other marketing campaigns, ensuring timely follow-ups and improved conversion rates.
Monitor marketing expenditure and evaluate campaign performance against bookings and profitability.
Prepare monthly MIS reports covering salesperson-wise, destination-wise, branch-wise sales, gross profit, lead conversion, and marketing performance.
Monitor branch performance, employee productivity, operating expenses, and overall profitability.
Establish accountability, improve processes, and ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations.
Report business performance, challenges,



and improvement plans directly to the directors.

Requirements:
8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the travel industry.
Experience managing sales and operations teams.
Solid understanding of MIS reporting, Excel, CRM, lead management, and digital marketing metrics.
Valuable commercial understanding of sales targets, gross profit, expenses, and branch profitability.
Solid leadership, analytical, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
