Role & responsibilities

Internal Audit & Risk Advisory
Lead and oversee risk-based internal audit engagements across healthcare organizations.
Develop annual audit plans based on enterprise risk assessments.
Evaluate the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
Review operational, financial, clinical, and compliance processes to identify control gaps and improvement prospects.
Assess compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
Drive follow-up reviews and closure of audit observations.

Stakeholder & Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership and key stakeholders.
Present audit findings and strategic recommendations to management and audit committees.
Build and maintain robust client relationships while ensuring high-quality service delivery.




Support business development initiatives, proposals, and client presentations.

Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop audit teams.
Review audit workpapers, reports, and deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.
Drive team utilization, performance management, and capability development.

Process Improvement & Transformation
Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
Recommend improvements to internal control frameworks and risk management practices.
Leverage analytics and technology-enabled auditing techniques to enhance audit effectiveness.
