We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders and drive , Talent Acquisition, Performance and overall HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders and managers on HR-related matters.
Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns.
Support TA and Talent management.
Support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Drive HR policies, processes, and compliance.
Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Support organizational change and people development initiatives.
Requirements:
2.5years + relevant HR experience.
Robust understanding of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
Knowledge of Talent Acquisition, and headhunting is required.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work closely with business leaders and managers.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
