Key Responsibilities
Work with the business/functional users to understand the business decision making and sales & marketing process challenges to recommend data-led solutions
Assist in collecting, cleaning, and pre-processing data from various sources to build usable datasets.
Collaborate with senior data scientists to develop and refine machine learning models and algorithms
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
Leverage advanced data analytics to address the business needs and create business impact
Design data science solutions in collaboration with technology architects to address this need
Strong affiliation to quantitative methods and data analysis to deliver business insights
Technical Skills required (non-Negotiable): Excel, SQL, Python
Experience working on Customer analytics, Sales Force Excellence, Sales & marketing analytics across sub-functional areas (Customer segmentation, profiling, brand performance analytics, promo/campaign planning and effectiveness tracking etc.) - Preferred (not Mandatory)
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Experience Required: Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in a reputed medium to large-scale manufacturing organization (preferably in Pharmaceuticals industry) or in a business consulting firm. Prior experience in FMCG or Pharma working in the Sales & Marketing/Sales Force Excellence areas. Working with data for insights delivery to senior management/leadership teams Key Personal Attributes
