Job Title: IT Recruiter / Senior IT Recruiter/ Leads

Location: Coimbatore Onsite

Experience: 0–4 Years / 6+ years

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Notice Period: Less than 15 days preferred

Salary: Based on experience

We are looking for motivated and experienced IT Recruiters / Senior IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT recruitment and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.

Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.

Handle C2H (Contract-to-Hire) recruitment processes.

Coordinate with internal teams and clients throughout the recruitment process.





Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.

Additional Responsibilities – Senior IT Recruiter and Leads

Handle and guide a team of recruiters.

Monitor team performance and recruitment targets.

Distribute requirements and track the progress of team members.

Support recruiters in sourcing, screening, and closing challenging positions.

Ensure quality and timely delivery of candidates to clients.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.

Computer Science / IT educational background is preferred.

MBA in HR will be an added advantage.

Valuable communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment workplace.
