Exp : 6 to 10 Years location : Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer (E2) to design, develop, and implement engaging learning solutions that support business and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in adult learning principles, e-learning development, curriculum design, and stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred candidate profile

Instructional Design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Agile Learning)
Curriculum and Learning Path Design
E-learning Development Tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Captivate)
LMS platforms (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Moodle, Docebo)
Adult Learning Principles and Learning Theories
Storyboarding and Content Development
Multimedia Learning Design
Assessment and Evaluation Frameworks
Project Management and Stakeholder Management
Excellent communication and presentation skills

E2 Level Expectations
Independently manage medium to large instructional design projects.
Mentor junior instructional designers and review deliverables.
Drive stakeholder discussions and learning strategy recommendations.
Deliver high-quality learning solutions with minimal supervision.
