We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive to handle customer leads, understand their property requirements, explain suitable projects, and convert prospects into site visits and bookings.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Understand customer requirements, budget, location, and configuration.
Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
Follow up with customers and generate site visits.
Coordinate with the sales team and assist customers during the buying process.
Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Real estate sales experience preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
