Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales invoicing, billing, and accurate sales accounting.
Debtor ageing analysis and monitoring of outstanding receivables.
Customer payment follow-ups and timely collection realization.
Customer ledger reconciliation and resolution of account discrepancies.
Monitoring of credit limits, payment terms and overdue balances.
Preparation of sales, collection and debtor ageing MIS reports.
GST compliance and maintenance of sales-related documentation.
Coordination with sales, dispatch, logistics, and customers.
Accounting of customer receipts, advances, credit notes and debit notes.
Support in month-end closing, audits and process improvements.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
