Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source products and suppliers from international markets.
Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with overseas vendors.
Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, quotations, product specifications, and other commercial requirements.
Follow up with suppliers for timely submission of required documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, MSDS, Product Catalogues, Compliance Certificates, and other import-related documents.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely order placement.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding order confirmations, production status, and shipment schedules.
Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid stock shortages.
Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, and company procurement policies.
Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, shortages, damaged goods, or discrepancies.
Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, and cost analyses.




Develop and maintain solid relationships with international suppliers to ensure continuous supply and favorable commercial terms.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Regulatory teams for seamless operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in international procurement, import operations, or global sourcing.
Knowledge of import-export procedures, customs documentation, and international trade terms.
Letter of Credit (LC), TT payments, and foreign currency transactions.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems such as Zoho, SAP, or Oracle.
Solid negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
