Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the overall Profit & Loss (P&L;) of the hospitality business.
Develop and implement annual business plans, budgets, and growth strategies.
Drive revenue growth through pricing, sales, distribution, and market strategies.
Monitor financial performance and initiate corrective actions to achieve business targets.
Establish and maintain operational, service, and compliance standards across properties.
Oversee property performance through effective leadership of hotel management teams.
Lead capital planning, asset management, refurbishment, and improvement initiatives.
Evaluate recent business prospects, investments, and expansion projects.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, health, safety, and licensing requirements.
Build high-performing teams and support leadership development across the organization.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives and long-term growth.
