Key Responsibilities

Monitor departmental budgets, profitability, and operational performance.

Lead menu planning, pricing, and optimization initiatives with culinary teams.
Oversee banquet and event operations to ensure successful execution and profitability.
Manage inventory, stock control, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and regulatory standards.
Resolve guest concerns and implement service improvement initiatives.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing food and beverage teams.
