Job Summary We are looking for an experienced skilled to manage accounting, taxation, trade banking, and financial compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle trade banking activities, including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), import transactions, and stock statements.
Manage direct and indirect taxation activities.
Prepare and file GST and TDS returns.
Handle ROC filings and statutory audit requirements.
Manage books finalization and ensure accurate financial records.
Coordinate with junior team members and resolve their queries.
Ensure timely completion of statutory and financial reporting activities
Educational Qualification: B.Com / MBA. Experience: 56 years in Accounts Finance.
