Qualification: Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
Check measurements, quantities and material requirements.
Monitor manpower, materials and work progress.
Assist in preparing daily progress reports and site documentation.
Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and quality checks.
Ensure proper use of construction materials and resources.
Identify site issues and coordinate with seniors for resolution.
Follow safety procedures and site requirements.
Mandatory Skills
Basic knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
Knowledge of basic quantity estimation and measurements.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work at construction sites.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
