BTL Marketing Execution: Implement integrated campaigns across traditional media (ATL) and direct ground activities (BTL), including outdoor displays, print assets, POSM/POP materials, and field activations.
POP &
Canopy Promotional Activities: Plan, procure, and execute Point of Purchase (POP) displays, standees, poster rollouts, and ground canopy setups at key retail hubs, markets, fairs, and high-footfall promotional zones.
Product Launch Initiatives: Support end-to-end launch plans for current product lines, from initial market positioning and rollout schedules to trade communication and promotional toolkits.
Digital Team Coordination: Translate core campaign strategies into clear creative briefs for the digital creative team, ensuring digital promotional strategies match offline brand messaging and real-time ground activities.
Gifting &
Merchandising Strategies: Conceptualize and manage the sourcing, branding, and distribution of retail trade gifts, dealer schemes, consumer promos, and premium corporate gifts.

Field Insights:



Track competitor activities across retail channels, analyze local promotional campaigns, and gather customer feedback to refine ongoing marketing strategies.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with sales, supply chain, venue managers, and external vendors to deliver POP collateral, canopy kits, event setups, and promotional gifts on schedule.
Requirements &
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in brand management, trade marketing, field activations, or marketing coordination.
Core Competencies: Transparent understanding of ATL/BTL dynamics, product launch lifecycles, canopy activations, POP deployment, and promotional gift/merchandise management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
