Ayush Ortho is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in talent acquisition and recruitment operations.

Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions, including doctors, therapists, pharmacists, customer care executives, front office staff, and other healthcare support roles.
Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate interview schedules, follow-ups, and candidate feedback.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily recruitment reports.
Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer letters, joining dates, and documentation.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Requirements
Any degree is preferred.




0–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR; freshers with solid communication skills may also apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced healthcare organization.

Preferred Skills
Experience in healthcare recruitment or bulk hiring.
Knowledge of candidate sourcing and resume screening.
Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and department heads.
Target-oriented approach with a sense of urgency in closing vacancies.
