Key Responsibilities:
Inspection of cutting tools and components as per drawings and specifications.
Perform in-process and final inspection.
Handle measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
Identify quality issues and coordinate with Production for corrective actions.
Understand engineering drawings, tolerances and basic GD&T.;
Support quality improvement and rejection reduction activities.
Maintain 5S and quality standards in the work area.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of machining and cutting tools.
Valuable knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
