Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Handle recruitment for junior, mid-level, and senior positions.
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely hiring decisions.
Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
Build talent pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
Monitor recruitment targets, turnaround time,



and hiring performance.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Robust knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
Solid follow-up skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hospitality, facility management, housekeeping, or other service industries will be an advantage.
Experience in bulk hiring and client-based recruitment.
Knowledge of recruitment metrics, reporting, and applicant tracking systems.

Pay: ₹9,400.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
