Job Overview

We are hiring candidates for the International Voice Process in the US Healthcare domain. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with patients in the United States, assisting them with appointments, follow-ups, healthcare-related queries, and patient coordination while ensuring excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from US patients.
Assist patients with appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
Provide information regarding healthcare services and patient coordination.
Follow up with patients regarding referrals, medical appointments, and pending documentation.
Update and maintain accurate patient information in the system.




Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve patient queries.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow company policies and healthcare guidelines.
Ensure high-quality communication and meet daily productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Good listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills are required.
Candidates must be willing to work in US night shifts.

Salary and Perks
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and communication skills.
Fixed Saturday and Sunday weekly off.
