We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to execute industrial and corporate interior fit-out projects, from initial planning through final handover.
Key Responsibilities
Manage industrial and corporate interior fit-out projects from execution to handover.
Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, and material requirements.
Coordinate MEP agencies, contractors, and vendors at project sites.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
Conduct client and consultant meetings and manage snagging and final handover.
Support project billing through site measurements.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in interior project execution.
Mandatory experience in industrial interior fit-outs, including factory buildings, corporate interiors, and MEP execution.
Ability to manage contractors and coordinate multiple trades.
Qualification: Civil Engineering or Interior Design, subject to client confirmation.
