We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team in Process Excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel consulting and process excellence, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and inform decision-making.
Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on recent processes and procedures.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve productivity.





Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in travel consulting or a related field.
Strong knowledge of process excellence principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Robust analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience with travel industry software and systems is an asset.
