Job Title: Store Sales Associate/Scr Sales Associate

Department: Retail Sales /Koramangala Bangalore

Job Summary - The Store Sales Associate helps customers find products, provides excellent customer service, maintains an organized sales floor, and supports daily store operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and motivated to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide helpful, professional service & well groomed.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, prices, promotions, and services.
Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately. - Operate the cash register and handle payments responsibly.
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked displays. Receive, unpack, label, and organize merchandise (Inward & Outward).
Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment. Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals. Follow company policies and loss-prevention procedures.



Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns appropriately.
Support opening and closing store procedures. Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Qualifications
High school, diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous retail customer service experience.
Robust communication and interpersonal
Positive attitude and qualified appearance. Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move merchandise. Ability to bend, reach, and climb a step ladder when necessary.
Well groomed & self-hygiene. Schedule Must be available to work flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
