Role & responsibilities To support the Partnership & business teams in credit card projects.
Work on all aspects of Business Management: a. data, funnel and conversions of cards across channels

b. cross sell projects to drive aop numbers across products c. maintain governance and policy requirements d. MIS and reports as required by various channel leads e. Business reviews and partner discussions
Solid product x business x customer lens to arrive at business insights and drive projects with that understanding
Work and manage stakeholders across bank / FF and external (eg vendors, partners)
Report into Project Director and Collaborate closely between partnerships, marketing and branch / projects lead
Lead all operational aspects: invoicing and payouts, business trackers, lead tracking, complaints management, SOP adherence, review presentations, audit submissions

Preferred candidate profile Pursuing MBA/ post MBA/BBA experience in business role.
