Role & responsibilities
Perform IPQA checks during dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and packing.
Conduct line clearance and verify area/equipment cleanliness.
Monitor in-process parameters and ensure compliance with specifications.
Review BMR/BPR and ensure proper GDP practices.
Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and data integrity.
Handle/support deviations, CAPA, change controls, and investigations.
Coordinate with Production, QC, and QA for quality issues.
Ensure proper yield, reconciliation, labeling, and documentation.
