Prepare complete Valuable-for-Construction (GFC) sets, site layouts, floor plans, elevations, and sections for hospitality projects.
Make 3D models (SketchUp/3d Max/Revit) Walkthrough
Draft interior joinery, ceiling layouts, material schedules, and MEP drawings
Maintain CAD drawing registers, revisions, and project files using MS Office.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, basic knowledge of 3D software (SketchUp/3d Max/Revit), and MS Office.
Solid expertise in working drawings, hospitality/resort detailing, and material specifications.
Must be based in Ahmedabad.
Prepare presentation drawings and complete Positive for construction (GFC)
