Role & responsibilities
To maintaining warehouse activity like material receipt, storage,issue and documentation of warehouse as per SOP's.
To coordinate with commercial department for procurement of Raw materials, Packing Material and solvents as per production planning and generate/approved purchase requisition.
to ensure completion of all type training related to warehouse as per training schedule.
Preparation of departmental SOP &revision; of SOP as per schedule.
to check and sing GIM (valuable inward memo), requisition of RM/ Pm/solvemts/cylinders and other document related to warehouse.
Co-ordination with commercial department, production department. quality controls department, quality assurance department related with warehouse activity.
SCM operation for approve label rebel request, tanker adjustment entry etc.
To review of re-test/Rejected/Non-moving raw materials & Packing material.
Handling of warehouse related QMS(CCP, TCCP, Deviation, CAPA,EC,ETC.)
