Role & responsibilities
Track the sources: follow government orders, budget documents, scheme announcements, and audit reports for Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and the Union government
Build the fact sheet: pull the primary documents for each story and set out the numbers, dates, and eligibility rules
Draft scripts: write short video scripts in plain Telugu, edited by an Associate Editor or Senior Editor
Present: go on camera for simpler explainers first, with support from our video team.
Prove it: file a source list with every script
Preferred candidate profile
Telugu: fluent spoken and written Telugu. This is essential, wherever you studied
A regular, full time degree: bachelor's or master's, from a college anywhere in India. Fresh graduates and people with up to two years of work experience are welcome
Preferred degrees: Political Science, Public Administration, Economics, Public Policy, or Development Studies
Also considered: Law, Rural Development, and Sociology
English reading: enough to read policy documents
