Business Development, Property Acquisition will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and development of the property portfolio through the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of high-potential properties. This role will focus on expanding the companys presence in key markets and maximizing long-term value.
Responsible for identifying suitable commercial retail properties for opening recent Lenskart stores in their respective region.
Retail property search management, coordinating with key partners like property developers,
landlords, project consultants, and property brokers.
Location & Catchment Analysis of Current Store Locations & Negotiating, acquiring, and finalizing new properties. Negotiating final rentals, Landlord Scope of Works, etc.
Liaising legal due diligence and paperwork involved in signing & acquiring.
Coordination with various departments internally till store launch.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of growth opportunities, both organic growth and acquisitions.
Job Requirements
Ideal candidate :Any graduate with 2 + years of Business Development property acquisition or has worked in Store operations role with Recent store opening experience
Travel is mandatory.
