Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
Work with the Customer Support team; build strategies to strengthen relationships with existing customers; and create engagement strategies for existing and current customers for example, a community of women celebrating painless periodswhile creating awareness about other SKUs.
Daily Operations
Support other departments in managing various documentation.
Marketing & Networking
Attend healthcare seminars, represent the company at stalls across national platforms, and host events as required.
Support business development planning. Prepare storytelling and anchoring-style videos explaining the company’s products, activities or operational processes for use across social media platforms as needed.
