Qualification

Experience 0–3 years of relevant experience; freshers with valuable technical knowledge may also be considered.

Responsibilities We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT Assistant to support day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist employees with technical problems, and help maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure.
Trading Server's Morning EOD,BOD process activity, Responsible for all process before Stock Market Open. Co-ordination with Software vendors and NSE/BSE Exchanges. Basic knowledge of Cyber Security, AI and ML.
Basic knowledge of Firewall configuration.
Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers,



scanners, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, email, internet, and basic application issues.
Monitor and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and assist with basic network troubleshooting.
Perform regular system updates, backups, antivirus checks, and basic security maintenance.
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
Ensure IT systems and equipment remain secure, functional, and up to date.
Basic understanding of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting.
Ability to install and configure software and hardware.
Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Basic knowledge of IT security, antivirus, and data backup practices.
