Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end coding operations across multiple specialties.
Lead Team Leads, QA teams, and Coding professionals to achieve productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
Drive coding accuracy, compliance, operational excellence, and process standardization.
Manage client communication, operational governance, and escalations.
Conduct performance reviews, workforce planning, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
Monitor productivity, quality, TAT, and client metrics through regular reporting and governance reviews.
Drive training, mentoring, and development initiatives across coding teams.
Partner with Quality, Operations, Training,



and Client stakeholders to improve business outcomes.
Lead process improvement initiatives, automation prospects, and operational transformation projects.
Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, payer-specific guidelines, and client requirements.

Requirements
10+ years of US Medical Coding experience.
Prior experience as Manager / Assistant Manager handling large coding teams.
Robust exposure to one or more specialties listed above.
Experience managing Team Leads, QA teams, and Coding Operations.
Solid understanding of productivity, quality, SLA, and workforce management.
Experience in client interactions, business reviews, and operational governance.
CPC, CCS, COC, CIC, or equivalent certification preferred.
