Compensation can be discussed based on experience, lead generation ability, and successful project closures. We are looking for an experienced Freelance Business Development Manager to help us generate recent software development business and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in the software development or IT services industry.
Experience in generating leads and converting prospects into clients.
Good understanding of software development services such as web development, mobile app development, SaaS, AI/ML, and custom software solutions.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify potential clients and reach out through LinkedIn, email, freelance platforms, and other channels.




Experience handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation → client communication → proposal → negotiation → closing.
Ability to work independently on a freelance/commission-based basis.
Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities
Find and generate new software development leads.
Contact potential clients and understand their requirements.
Coordinate with the development team to prepare proposals and estimates.
Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into projects.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve agreed monthly sales/revenue targets.

Compensation

Freelance / Commission-based

Preferred Experience

Candidates with existing B2B software/IT sales experience and a solid client network will be preferred.
