Role &
Responsibilities:
Government &
Regulatory Liaison: Primary point of contact with PCB, Factories inspectorate, Electrical authorities, DIC, Revenue, panchayats, local authorities and other government departments.
Approvals &
Licences: Obtain relevant construction and statutory approvals, licences, NOCs and clearances for greenfield and brownfield projects, from application, sanction to renewal.
Land &
Property: Handle industrial and agricultural land matters: due diligence, titles, RTC and khata records, conversion and revenue work; resolve discrepancies with legal professionals and authorities.
Compliance &
Notices: Keep all operations and properties legally compliant, and handle inspections, queries and notices from authorities.
Project Management: Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones, and coordinate stakeholders, consultants and contractors.
Local Relations: Maintain positive relations with local administration, panchayats and communities; resolve local issues if any.
Ownership: Handle every matter on time and close it out completely, with nothing pending.





Preferred Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate preferred, ideally in law or a related field; ex/retired government employees can apply.
Experience: Proven track record in industrial and real estate liaison, approvals, land, revenue and legal matters in Karnataka.
Knowledge: Solid knowledge of industrial government requirements and Karnataka regulations, land documentation, government processes, and the legal system.
Network &
Approach: Strong network of contacts across government departments and local bodies; a problem-solver with a fix-it mindset who sees issues through.
Communication: Proficiency in Kannada and English, with robust communication, negotiation and documentation skills and the ability to work effectively with government authorities.
Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to government offices and locations across Karnataka; valid driving licence.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
