Hundred Learning App is looking for a Marketing Assistant / Growth Associate to support our marketing and growth activities.

The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and interested in digital marketing, social media, customer engagement, and business growth. This is a good opportunity for freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns.
Support social media content planning and posting.
Create basic marketing content, captions, and promotional materials.
Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
Track marketing campaigns and prepare basic performance reports.
Coordinate with the sales, content, design, and operations teams.
Help organize promotional activities, events, webinars, and campaigns.
Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist in testing current ideas to improve user engagement and growth.
Maintain marketing records and campaign data.
Support other marketing and growth initiatives as assigned.

Skills Required




Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
Good writing and creative thinking skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or other social media platforms.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other marketing tools is a plus.
Internship or project experience in marketing, sales, social media, or business development is an advantage.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, Management, or a related field.
Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
