Key Responsibilities:
Hardware and software installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support.
Network setup and management, including LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and firewall.
Setup, monitoring, and maintenance of the CCTV surveillance system connecting the factory with the Noida office.
Providing day-to-day IT support to all employees and resolving technical issues.
Ensuring smooth functioning of IT infrastructure across the office and factory.
Coordinating with external IT/service vendors whenever required.
