Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Network & Security projects.
Manage deployment, configuration, migration, and troubleshooting of enterprise network infrastructure.
Handle implementation and support of multi-vendor Firewalls, Routers, Switches, and NAC solutions.
Coordinate with customers, OEMs, internal teams, and partners for smooth project execution.
Conduct site surveys, solution validation, and technical assessments.
Ensure project delivery within defined timelines, scope, and quality standards.
Provide L2/L3 technical support and resolve complex network/security issues.
Prepare HLD/LLD, implementation plans, SOPs, and project documentation.
Perform configuration hardening and security best practices implementation.
Monitor project risks and escalate issues proactively.
Mentor and guide technical engineers and implementation teams.
Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and solution presentations.
Ensure compliance with organizational and customer security policies.

Robust hands-on experience with:

VLANs, STP, Routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)
VPN technologies
High Availability solutions

Security
Hands-on implementation and troubleshooting experience on multiple OEM Firewalls such as:
Palo Alto Networks
Fortinet
Cisco
Check Point
Sophos
Juniper Networks

NAC (Network Access Control)
Solid implementation and operational knowledge of NAC solutions such as:
Cisco ISE
Aruba Networks ClearPass
Other NAC platforms

Project Management
Strong project management expertise, including:
Project Planing and Execution
Project Design and Documentation (HLD/LLD)
Stakeholder Management
Project Coordination and Delivery
Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management

Additional Skills
Positive understanding of:
Network Security architecture
Endpoint security integration
SIEM/SOC integration
SD-WAN concepts
