Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Lead generation/ Business Development qualified to drive new business growth through cold calling, lead generation, client acquisition, and meeting setup. The role focuses on identifying current prospects, building relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to generate new business leads.
Identify and qualify potential clients through market research and lead databases.
Generate new client acquisition opportunities across target industries.
Set up introductory meetings, demos, and presentations for senior leadership / sales team.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.




Coordinate with internal teams (recruitment, delivery, operations) for smooth handover post-closure.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, and conversions.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for calls, meetings, and client closures.
Track competitor activity and provide market intelligence inputs.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in Inside Sales/ Lead Generation / Business Development / Client Acquisition
Strong exposure to cold calling and outbound sales
Proven experience in lead generation and setting up meetings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a target-driven, quick-paced environment
Self-motivated, persistent, and results-oriented mindset
