Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business development of Heat Pump products

.
Generate current leads through cold calling, references, market research, and other business development activities.
Identify and develop new

B2B and B2C customers

.
Develop relationships with

OEMs, consultants, contractors, MEP companies, dealers, and end customers

.
Conduct customer meetings, site visits, product presentations, and requirement discussions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC/Heat Pump solutions.
Develop current

OEM and channel partner opportunities

.
Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and support the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Maintain regular

CRM updates and sales reports

.
Coordinate with the technical and service teams for site requirements and project execution.
Be willing to travel

PAN India as per business requirements.
Stay updated on HVAC, Heat Pump, MEP, and related industry trends.

Required Skills & Competencies
2–3 years of experience in HVAC sales/business development

,



preferably in Heat Pumps, HVAC, MEP, or related products.
Good knowledge of

HVAC and Heat Pump products

.
Knowledge of

MEP, plumbing, ceramics, or related building services/products will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of

B2B/B2C sales and business development

.
Experience in developing new OEMs, dealers, consultants, or institutional customers will be preferred.
Strong lead generation, cold calling, negotiation, and follow-up skills

.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in

MS Office and CRM tools

.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of developing recent markets.

Educational Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
B.Sc. or other relevant technical qualifications may also be considered.
M.E./M.Tech. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage.
