Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and improving production machinery and utility equipment to ensure secure, reliable and uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of production and packaging equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults and restore equipment with minimum downtime.
Inspect machines regularly and identify potential failures or abnormal operating conditions.
Perform maintenance activities on beverage processing, filling, packaging and conveying systems.
Handle equipment such as filling machines, capping machines, labelling machines, conveyors, pumps, compressors and other plant machinery.
Support installation, commissioning, modification and servicing of machines and equipment.
Carry out basic electrical work such as motor, sensor,



control panel and wiring troubleshooting, as applicable to qualification.
Maintain and repair mechanical components including bearings, belts, chains, couplings, valves, pumps and pneumatic systems.
Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, checklists and spare-parts requirements.
Coordinate with Production and other departments during breakdowns, planned maintenance and machine changeovers.
Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely using appropriate PPE and following company procedures.
Maintain proper housekeeping and secure working conditions in the maintenance area.
Support utility maintenance and ensure reliable operation of essential plant services.
Suggest improvements to reduce breakdowns, downtime, energy consumption and maintenance costs.
Perform other maintenance-related duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor / Manager.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
