Job Responsibilities
Prepare mechanical HVAC layouts, detailed drawings, and technical documentation for building and hospital projects.
Develop HVAC ducting layouts, chilled water piping, ventilation, and equipment layouts.
Prepare detailed drawings for plumbing, drainage, and other mechanical services as required.
Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and architectural teams for MEP service integration.
Revise drawings based on design changes, engineer comments, and site requirements.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit MEP will be an advantage.
Experience in HVAC and hospital or commercial building projects is preferred.
Valuable technical drawing, coordination, and documentation skills.
