We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing, integrating, administering, and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Azure, and third-party systems.
Maintain and enhance existing Copilot Studio solutions.
Implement security best practices, including role-based access, secure authentication, and DLP policies.
Handle application support, incident management,



troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ticket resolution.
Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users to ensure application stability.
Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Agile development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:
Minimum 4 years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
Robust expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform Administration.
Experience with Copilot Studio, APIs, custom connectors, and application integrations.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure.
Experience in production support, incident prioritization, and root cause analysis.
Valuable communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.
