Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in Control Rooms, or Government project sales.
Solid client handling, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the Central South (India) for project execution and client meetings.
Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Robust familiarity with control room sales- including understanding of related technologies will be an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development: Generate new leads and identify business opportunities in the assigned sales vertical.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to understand project requirements and ensure smooth execution.
Documentation: Prepare quotations, proposals,



reports, and project documentation as required.
Project Management: Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring quality delivery and high client satisfaction.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activity, and government project tenders relevant to the business.
Reporting: Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and performance reports to management.
