We’re looking for an Operations Executive who can independently manage day-to-day inventory, order movement, logistics coordination, and stock-related operations.
What You’ll Do
Monitor daily inventory levels across all platforms (Website, Unicommerce).
Coordinate with vendors for production, restocking, and inbound shipments.
Track product availability, low-stock alerts, and stock transfers.
Track daily orders, dispatches, returns, and exchanges.
Follow up with courier partners for delayed shipments, lost orders, and RTO issues.
Maintain Excel/Google Sheets reports for stock movement and order status.
Identify inventory gaps, delays, or packaging issues and escalate when required.
Ensure correct SKU mapping across platforms and avoid order mismatches.
Communicate daily updates to the internal team.
Who We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of experience in Inventory, Operations, or Logistics Management.
Strong knowledge of Unicommerce.
Robust command of Excel/Google Sheets.
Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
Ability to work independently with accuracy and responsibility.
Personal laptop and secure internet connection.
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate
Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
