We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives, build brand presence, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
Lead branding, digital marketing, and growth initiatives.
Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and team performance.
Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and lead generation.
Analyse campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.
Collaborate with leadership to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience (mandatory).
Proven experience in executing successful marketing campaigns.
Portfolio of previous marketing campaigns is mandatory.
Solid leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Experience in digital marketing, branding, and performance marketing.

Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services.
Experience scaling brands or managing large-scale campaigns.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
