We are growing this team and looking for a sharp, organized professional to support the team and keep every case moving.

Key Responsibilities
Support the sales and legal teams in converting enquiries into engagements
Join client meetings and consultation calls, document the discussion and drive action points to closure
Run the client document pipeline: collect, verify and secure all documents in a structured digital case repository
Be the first point of coordination for clients on documentation and follow-ups
Prepare first drafts of inheritance documents from approved templates
Coordinate court-related filings and documentation, and track hearing dates and deadlines




Liaise with clients, counterparties and court personnel to keep matters moving
Maintain case trackers and keep the team and clients aligned on status and pending items
Build and refine the team’s template library and case checklists

Skills & Traits:
B.Com or any graduate (law degree not required). Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
Confident written and spoken English: you will draft and review documents and liaise with stakeholders.
Highly organized with robust attention to detail.
Self-starter who takes ownership and learns quick, with a transparent path to bigger responsibility based on performance.
Comfortable with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and MS Office, and comfortable using AI tools to draft, review and organize work faster
Comfortable with fieldwork and travel within Mumbai.
