Role & responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from different departments.
Maintain Excel reports, dashboards, trackers, and databases.
Monitor production, sales, inventory, dispatch, and other operational data.
Generate performance reports and identify data discrepancies.
Prepare charts, pivot tables, and graphical reports for management review.
Automate recurring reports to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate with departments such as Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Accounts to collect data.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission of reports.
Support management with ad hoc reports and data analysis as required.

Preferred candidate profile
Advanced Excel knowledge is essential.
Experience with MIS reporting and data analysis is preferred.
Knowledge of Power BI, ERP/SAP, and dashboard creation will be an added advantage.
