Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy MIS Executive / Data Entry Operator to manage data, maintain Google Sheets, create Google Forms, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
MIS Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
Google Sheets Management: Create, update, and manage trackers, formulas, reports, and automated data sheets.
Google Forms: Design and manage forms for data collection, employee updates, and process tracking.
Data Entry & Accuracy: Ensure timely and error-free entry, verification, and maintenance of client and operational data.
Team Coordination: Communicate with team leaders and employees to collect updates, track pending tasks, and ensure timely reporting.
Task & Process Monitoring: Maintain FMS (Flow Management System), employee performance trackers, and work-progress reports.
Data Analysis: Prepare summaries, identify pending work and delays, and highlight discrepancies to management.
Documentation:



Maintain organized digital records, Google Drive folders, and reporting formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years in MIS, data entry, or operations reporting preferred.
Solid knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Forms, MS Excel, and Google Drive.
Proficiency in formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, FILTER, and data validation.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
High accuracy, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
Ability to independently follow up with multiple teams and meet reporting deadlines.
