About the Role

We are looking for a Policy Manager to lead policy engagement, research partnerships and stakeholder relationships across education and labour markets, including early childhood, foundational learning, skilling, employment and school-to-work transitions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage partnerships with government, NGOs, foundations and development organisations.
Identify emerging policy prospects and build engagement strategies.
Develop partnerships for research, evaluations and evidence generation.
Translate research and evidence into policy briefs, presentations and actionable insights.
Represent the organisation at policy forums and stakeholder meetings.
Support fundraising through proposals,



concept notes and donor engagement.
Manage and mentor junior team members.

What We're Looking For
4+ years of relevant experience in policy, research, evaluation or development.
Master's degree in Economics, Public Policy, Education, International Development or a related field.
Experience in education, labour markets, skilling, employment or programme evaluation.
Robust stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
Ability to translate complex research into transparent policy insights.
