We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the inspection and valuation of used Construction Equipment (CE) assets.

Role & responsibilities
Conduct technical reviews of inspection reports, photographs, videos, and supporting documents.
Determine Fair Market Value (FMV), Forced Sale Value (FSV), and Residual Value of used construction equipment.
Guide empanelled inspection service providers and field engineers during remote inspections.
Review inspection reports for completeness, accuracy, and quality.
Standardize inspection formats and valuation methodologies.
Drive improvements in report quality and inspection standards.
Support business teams with valuation justification and technical recommendations.




Resolve valuation disputes with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile
5+ years of experience in Construction Equipment Inspection, Technical Evaluation, Asset Valuation, or Equipment Lifecycle Management.
Robust understanding of the used Construction Equipment market.
Experience in CE financing, repossession, remarketing, auctions, inspections, or equipment valuation.
Excellent knowledge of depreciation trends, residual value calculations, and market benchmarking.
Solid stakeholder management and analytical skills.
