Educational Qualification
First Class Graduate (preferably in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration).
Experience
6–10 years in settlement operations within financial services, broking, or depository domain.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end settlement processes for equity, derivatives, and other instruments.
Coordinate with exchanges, custodians, and clearing corporations.
Monitor reconciliation of funds and securities on a daily basis.
Ensure compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations.
Implement process improvements and reduce settlement risks.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of NSCCL / ICCL / CDSL / NSDL settlement processes.
Analytical and reconciliation skills.
Positive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
